We are currently hiring a digital marketing specialist and a project manager who can hit the ground running, are interested in learning and growing with our team and, equally importantly, have a good sense of humour.

We have a great working environment, a supportive team who truly care about each other, and quality systems and equipment. We work hard, have fun and give back to our community through passion projects and team activities.

Half of our team works from our office in Cumberland, BC (following COVID-19 protocols) where we have great coffee, a foosball table, and are walking distance to everything you would need in the sweetest town ever. The other half of our team works remotely and we have regular video calls to keep us all on the same page.

These roles are flexible and we are looking for people who fit in well with our team. Ideally, our whole team would live in the Comox Valley but for the right people, remote work is possible.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Flexible Role – Contractor, Part-Time or Full-Time

Potential scope of work:

  • Pay-per-click advertising including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and occasionally Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and Amazon.
  • Search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, and E-commerce.
  • Conversion tracking and data analysis using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Landing page building, email marketing campaigns, and blog post writing and posting.

About you:

  • You like working with a team but you’re resourceful enough to figure things out on your own; you are a master-Googler.
  • You love meeting and exceeding goals and strive to take everything to the next level.
  • You’re willing to learn and adapt as needed, fail fast and find the lessons in it.
  • You like to get.shit.done.

 

Project Manager

Flexible Role – Contractor, Part-Time or Full-Time

Potential scope of work:

  • Strategizing and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Project management of website builds and retainer clients.
  • Mapping out project timelines and budgets and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Work to create new and innovative web solutions for upcoming projects or situations.

About you:

  • You are the epitome of organized and are borderline obsessive about meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • You’re super comfortable with client and team communications and relationship building.
  • You love a good spreadsheet and project management software is your jam.
  • You work well with a team and can move projects forward in a respectful way.
  • You are always looking for better ways to do things; if you see something that could be more efficient, you say something.
